In June 2017 we interviewed 1.1k American Consumers between the age of 18 and 65 to understand how their relationship with digital assistants is developing. Study covers usage and top actions of Amazon Echo/Alexa, Google Home, Apple’s Siri, and Google’s Assistant. We measure customer satisfaction, consumer expectations, frustrations and pain points with voice assistants, and more.

This study is a follow-up to our voice assistant study from 2016. We can compare and contrast how usage has changed and evolved as well as how new behaviors are emerging year over year.
